Scientists put a golden record on the Voyager space probe.They collected sounds of frogs, crickets, volcanoes, a human heartbeat, laughter, greetings in 55 languages, and 27 pieces of music on the Voyager just in case an intelligent life form were to ever find us. One of the songs they put on the record is to show them (the intelligent life forms) what loneliness sounds like to us…and this is that song.

Why can’t we all get along?
As I watch the news and browse the Internet today during the 9/11 tenth anniversary, I see things that really bother me. The Americans verbally bash Muslims and Muslims verbally bash Americans. Why do humans have to be so hostile? I understand it’s in our nature to be that way, but why. Instead of people being peaceful and respecting what happened ten years ago, there is hate between two cultures. Americans argue that we have it bad, but that really isn’t true. thousands of people die in the middle east every day and people want to argue on facebook about which religion is better? The other day, someone in my school asked a Muslim student if his family was going to celebrate on 9/11. Seriously? Are people that ignorant, selfish, and down right stupid to say such things? It really brings tears to my eyes when I see the wars going on in this world and the death of innocent people. Are we not made of the same biological material with hearts and brains? How can people carry such hate in their hearts for another person just for their skin color or beliefs?
The human soul is a terrible thing to waste.
I need a break from pizza
American pizza is so overrated…maybe I’m just saying that because I’m sick of ordering pizza, but really. Pizza is eaten too much. I don’t even know what the word “pizza” means (maybe it means pie in Italian). Don’t get me wrong real authentic pizza is the best, but that greasy, over seasoned, under cooked, sat in a box for an hour pizza is beginning to lose my interest.
